All orders are final. If approved for a refund, it will be issued as store credit only. Shipping may take up to 10 business days plus transit time. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, lost or stolen packages, wrong delivery/drop-off, or import duties/taxes.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. We do not collect VAT or other local taxes at checkout. If a package is refused, the customer is liable for any return shipping and applicable fees.
