SHIPPING SUMMARY

Please allow up to 10 business days for fulfillment + shipping transit time. Tracking will be emailed after processing. Orders will be shipped on weekdays in the order they were received and to address entered. Please make sure address is correct. We are not responsible for country taxes/duties, damaged orders, lost orders, delivery errors, delivery delays, delivery attempts and the like once we ship items. It is up to the customer to open a claim with the carrier in order to investigate where the order is.

RETURNS

All merchandise sales are final. We are unable process returns or exchanges. In the rare instance a return is approved, you are responsible for shipping fee and refund of product will be done via store credit [GIAD™ Digi-gift card] for the amount of the product minus initial shipping fee and taxes. If parcel is damaged during transit, please contact us at operator(at)godisadesigner.com for assistance within 7-days of receiving the order.

CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or refund the order.

COUNTRIES

We are glad to now be shipping worldwide. Note below we are not responsible for import tax, duties and other customs fees.

COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

TRANSIT TIME

In general, transit times depend on type of shipping selected and can vary from 5 days to 21 days. Please allow additional time for your package to clear Customs.

DISPATCH TIME

Orders are usually fulfilled and dispatched within 1 - 2 weeks of payment of order. During national holidays we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

LOST / STOLEN ORDERS

As stated, we are not responsible for lost / stolen orders, delivery errors, delivery delays, delivery attempts and the like once we ship items. It is up to the customer to write correct shipping address and (in case of lost orders) open a claim with the carrier in order to investigate where the order is.

DELIVERY TIME EXCEEDED

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. If your package is being delivered during a holiday season, please allow an additional 5 - 7 business days.

SALES TAX

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website only applicable in the State of Florida, United States of America.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to our warehouse at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
