Shipping, Returns & Delivery

All orders are final. Approved returns, when granted as an exception, are issued as store credit only.

Orders typically ship within 10 business days, plus carrier transit time. GIAD is not responsible for incorrect addresses, carrier delays, or packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier.

If a package is missing or misdelivered after being marked "Delivered", customers must file a claim directly with the carrier. Once the carrier investigation is completed, additional options may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

International Customers

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

GIAD does not collect VAT or local taxes at checkout. Refused or unclaimed packages are subject to return shipping costs and applicable fees.
