BILLING
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your GIAD store account. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments aren't refunded once a period starts, but you keep access until it ends. If something isn't working, email operator@godisadesigner.com and we'll make it right.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Cancel your current plan and start the other when it runs out, or email us and we'll switch it for you.
Is tax included?
Prices are in USD. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
FOUNDERS
What does "lifetime" mean?
Founders get GIAD/OS PRO for as long as GIAD/OS runs, with no renewals. One payment.
What's the merch gift and when does it ship?
An exclusive GIAD piece made only for the 25 Founders, revealed after the seats fill. It ships to the address on your order.
What happens when Founders sells out?
The 25 seats never come back. Pro monthly and yearly stay open.
USING YOUR WORK
Can I sell what I make with the tools?
Yes. Anything you create with GIAD/OS programs is yours to use in personal and commercial work. You can't resell the programs themselves.
What happens to my files if I cancel?
Your saved work stays in your account. Exports and members programs come back when you resubscribe.
TECH
What do I need to run it?
A modern browser: Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox on Mac, Windows, Chromebook or tablet. Nothing to install.
Does it work offline?
GIAD/OS needs a connection to sign in and save. Some programs keep working if your connection drops mid-session.
What data do you store?
Your account email, membership status and the work you choose to save. Payments are handled by Shopify; we never see your card.
